REGULATION VIII
FUGITIVE PM₁₀ PROHIBITIONS

In 2002, amendments to Regulation VIII - Fugitive PM₁₀ Prohibitions were adopted by the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District. These amendments broadened the applicability of the fugitive dust rules and brought agricultural operations into the fold. To assist producers and gins in complying with these rules, the Association has provided the following:
