Associate Membership Agreement

Annual membership dues are $400.00 per year and are billed every January. Based on the quarter you wish to join the Association, you will only pay a prorated amount the first year and then be on regular cycle each January.

1st Quarter - $400	2nd Quarter - $300	3rd Quarter - $200	4th Quarter - $100
January - March	April - June	July - September	October - December
