Christopher McGlothlin, Director of Technical Services

Chris is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a degree in Political Science. Mr. McGlothlin’s first job out of college saw him working in Washington DC as an intern for Congressman Devin Nunes. As Director of Technical Services, Mr. McGlothlin is responsible for overseeing several issues including water quality, greenhouse gas and air quality issues. He assists members and clients in the development of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, assists in yearly vehicle mileage registrations and compliance issues through the Air Resources Board’s Truck and Bus Regulation, covers numerous legislative issues as well as helps in membership development. Mr. McGlothlin sits as an Industry Alternate for the Air Pollution Control District’s Citizens Advisory Committee.

Chris is also a a graduate of the Almond Board Leadership program and a current member of the California Ag Leadership Foundation ( Class 52).
